Goose salami with caramelized apples

 

Ingredients: gluten free goose salami permitted, 1 golden delicious apple, a knob of butter, 2 tablespoons of caster sugar, pepper to taste.

 

 

Cut the apple with the skin into thin slices. In a pan melt the butter with the sugar. Add the apple's slices and caramelize.

Cook until they begin to turn golden brown.

Place your apples on a plate and top with the goose salami slices. Serve with gluten free bread toasted.
