Pie crust dough recipe

 

 

Ingredients: 200 gr of gluten free flour, 100 gr of cold butter, 60 ml of ice-cold water, a pinch of salt.

 

 

In a mixer beat the cold butter, the flour and the salt. Pour this mixture on a table making a fountain with a hole in the middle. Pour the water in the middle and fastly knead until smooth.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
